Lot's of Royals news in the last couple of days, which makes this a perfect opportunity to catch up on some Royals-related sentiment. Maybe I was being thick about it, but the FTP settings thing, but only today did I figure out how to return this to a 'pure' blog. I mean, I could have been updating this by manually updating the page and uploading it, but that sort of kills the extemporaneous nature of the blogging phenomenon. And, if anything, I am a purist.
Our favorite boys in blue take the field this afternoon against Boston. ESPN is in town, the Saturn Blimp has been wafting over K.C. for three days now, and I've turned on the t.v. guys to hear some different perspectives from that of the omnipresent Ryan Lefevre and Denny Matthews. The pitching matchup is interesting - one guy (Kyle Snyder) just embarking on what could a fabulous career against another (John Burkett) who has had a nice career but whose tank may well finally be empty.
